The holes are 1.5" tall and will fit most collars. If you have a larger collar, I can accommodate. Please put that in the notes on the order or email me. There is no vinyl on any of our signs, this sign is intended for indoor use only. All of our frames are 100% wood. Each sign measures in size from the outside of the frame, and comes with hangers installed on the back (or it can sit nicely on shelving!). This frame is measured 8"x8" and is stained in Espresso.
